Supra Vs RX7

I raced Jurgen down a private section of road much like the A19 when he had his white single turbo RX and my car BPU, we got up to about 130 and he was easily pulling away...... although he did have the power and weight advantage.

If the rx was BPU on stock turbos, dont think there would be anything in it at all......

Ok ill explain my situation a little better for you guys. Thanks for all the replies by the way, Jurgen ill be in touch via PM shortly.

Ive always loved both the cars and it was very close call between the two when choosing one, tbh the one thing that made me chose the supra was the space inside as anyone thats seen me will vouch that i aint exactly small. I love the look of the standard supra but when i got it i always planned on modding it to look very different. Im happy with BPU engine as its fast enough for me but always fancied a bit of a show car to look at (ie body kit, paint job etc). Now heres my dilema: Im in the middle of buying my first house and unfortunately im not going to have the funds to do anything else to the supra for a long time (in fact it was close call for keeping it at all) whereas i have the oportunity to get a fully modded (show car looking) RX7 that is BPU, at no extra cost. Its a J reg, so bit older than mine with full engine rebuild 9000 miles ago but has done less miles (65K compared to my 80K).

Basically i can have the "show car" looks ive always wanted if im prepared to settle for a slightly older car that, if im honest, was my second choice behind the supra.

Im very tempted but really not sure about giving up the supra. Help needed guys.

The interior of the rx is tiny, could you live with being that cramped? Also if your saving for a house then i guess cash is gonna be an issue, doesnt the rx have shorter service intervals etc, bigger fuel costs?

You got any pics of this rx your after?
