Just bought my self a brand new HKS BOV (JZA80) via ebay £180 for my TT and I was wandering if any one out there had a set of install instructions or does any one know someone in my area who could fit it cheap for me?? wkdtime Posted May 10, 2005 Share Posted May 10, 2005 Its not hard at all mate, if you stand in front of your car looking at the engine; 1 locate stock BOV 2 you should see it connected to 3 pipes,one small pipe connected along with a much larger pipe, and finally a large pipe coming out of it 3 the small pipe is the one that connects at the back of the BOV 4 the large pipe going into the stock BOV should be blocked off. 5 the large pipe coming away fro the BOV (the one on its own) should be connected to the bottom of the BOV. Note the Lpipe you connect to the botto of the BOV might be too big, i doctored mine on. HTH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
