Lofts and Porches - New guide to the rules

There's often threads in here about various building works and house extensions, so as of this very morning I received links to these lovely visual guides as to what you can, can't and how big - build onto your house. The planning rules changed recently, supposedly to make them more easily understandable, so here they are.
