CJ Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 I recently downloaded some films and after burning them to DVD (avi format), I find that they wont play properly but stop and start. I also burned a small series at the same time and that plays fine as does other disks burned previously. Should I be doing something differently? edd_t Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 are you burning them as AVI files on a DVD that you then open through something like media player? or burning the AVI's into a DVD that you then play on a proper DVD player? what are you using to burn them? CJ Posted July 30, 2009 Author Share Posted July 30, 2009 I use Nero to burn them as AVI files and then p[lay them through a DVD player. I re-burnt then last night and this time they played fine and dandy.
