hadyn
Dont you get TRAC/Warning lights flashing with a dodgy speed sensor connection etc?
Kev.O
I remember having to use two resistors where the TRAC loom went in the engine bay, maybe one of your resistors have come loose? (I'm UK though so it might be different).
Kev.O
4) Get 2x 10K ohm Resistors, 1/2 watt (radio shack, ~$1), insert them in the wiring harness that you unplugged from the trac pump. This will prevent the ABS light from coming on. Actually it's the ABS light Taken from here: supraforums link
Tricky-Ricky
Didn't know that was needed on the J spec, all i did was to remove and weld up where the TRAC control motor was mounted to the throttle body, and unplug the ECU.
Tricky-Ricky
Problem solved!one chance in 1,000 i have been fiddling with my electrics under the dash, and to get at it i have to take off the ECU cover, and as i hadn't actually removed the TRAC ECU just left unplugged, Well i must have knocked the plug into the right position when refitting the cover, hence it made contact, so the slip control light was coming on DOH!
