SMIC top bracket fixing

After finding out my Supra had a bodged SMIC fitted (full details here: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=177574) I managed to get hold of a proper one so tried to fit it today.

 

Basically everything that should have been there had been ripped out so the were no brackets there but managed to get hold of a set.

 

The two side brackets fit in fine but I think that I'm maybe missing a part as I can't get the top bracket to fit anywhere where it could be bolted on properly.

 

I thought it might be worth posting up a picture of where it needs top be bolted:

The only place where it look like it might be bolted to is the bolt at the top of the picture however it doesn't line up with the other two brackets so I though I may be missing part. Has anyone got any info as I'm stumped.

Thanks merckx good pics on the link but still can't see where the top bracket bolts on to.
