Tricky-Ricky Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Unbelievable, i have been suffering from slow connection speeds for as long as i can remember, i think i have reported it to Sky in the past, but upon testing etc they say there was no faults! Well i have just got off the phone with one of the tech staff who knew what they where about, and it turns out that when i was supposed to be switched over last April it wasn't. So what it boils down to is that i have been paying for a 4MB connection and only receiving a 2MB connection, so they owe me in the region of £50, waits to see if i get it.
