dani_r
Time once again for an oil change! I got in contact with OilMan and he recommended the following: Motul 8100 Xcess or the Fuchs Titan Supersyn 5w-40 http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx I have a 93 JSpec NA with 105,000km. Has anyone had any experience with these oils as they're new to me and wanted peoples thoughts. I also thought about trying the Silkolene PRO S 5w-40 Ester Synthetic. Any input would be appreciated:) Cheers Dan

Alex
Opie oils know their stuff...the NA isn't massively stressed so those should be fine, just don't go any thinner ie 0w... I'd use 5w for frequent short/cold journey's or 10w for journey's that are usually longer.
