Jamil
My clutch has just started slipping and so just going through the process of getting some prices. I got a quote for a new clutch (cover, bearing & plate) from Toyota for £235.89 (including club discount) this would then need to be fitted so around £150 (quote from mechanic friend) for that = £385.89 in total. So I phoned Mr Clutch Autocentre to see what price they could do the clutch for and they quoted £234.99 for new clutch (cover, bearing & plate), this price includes fitting. I did ask the guy from Mr clutch a couple of times that’s all new parts and he confirmed it is. BTW - These prices are for a NA. Is this right? Does this seem a little cheap considering the clutch from Toyota costs that? Cheers Jamil
Dave17
Do not use Mr Clutch whatever you do. I have heard so many bad things about them its untrue. Almost as bad as kwikfit.
