Concertina bits on J-spec brakes

Just tried to remove the old concertina rubber bits from the sliders on my j-spec brakes, so that i can install the new ones from the re-furb kit.

 

The old rubber concertina bits have detached themselves from the round metal frame which is now jammed into the slider section.

 

Any advice on how to remove ?

Worked out how, but had to get a little more physical with the brakes than i thought i would. Simple way to get these things off is to tap a good quality flat head screwdriver between the caliper and the thin metal frame.

 

Once youve got one off the rest seem easy.
