I got the kit just before I killed my supra and it cost me £16 from toyota. Once the starter is out, its a 5 min job to swap the parts over. If you are DIY'ing it you do need 2 or 3 bendy sockets and several extentions to get the top bolt off... (another quality design, just like the heater matrix!) It can be done without any.. as I did, but I had 4 long extensions and only just managed to get the socket on! you cannot get a spanner on it...
