HELP...Knocking from the rear suspension!!

When I bought my car last year, I had all the suspension replaced, so I know it's not this. For the last couple of months, a knocking noise, from what sounds to be coming from the rear suspension arm, has got worse.

 

Anyone know of good reputable importer (not Toyota) for a pair of Rear Suspension Top Arms?

 

I've checked the tightness of the bolts to the arms, as I've been told these sometimes work loose. There is a bit of play in the wheels when up on a jack, and there is obvious movement at the end of the arm.

 

Anyone got any other thoughts?
