My fingers do do a lot of exercise Ermm it's not that though because it doesn't itch or anything, although I've never had that so I have no idea. Yes, she's got a really nasty foot infection, on her hand! Best thing to do is chop it off. You could then attach a variety of power tools (ooerr) etc., to the stump, and have loads of fun.
