I've not seen that, only the paragliders with massive fans on their backs; I know you have to learn to be a regular paraglider before you're allowed to have a go with the big fans.... booo I guess it makes sense cos if you run out of fuel or the engine fails! lol People paraglide from the hills here as they're the first non-flat thing for ~30 miles.
