Guest jimbo123
Hi everyone what in your opinion is the best JSpec Stainless Exhaust for power and price? Where can i get one from? Do i need to fit a restricter ring? cheers jimbo123
Clarkey
I have a RSR and quite happy with it - makes a nice noise anyway and good ground clearance. The restrictor ring is needed if you decided to decat the car to limit boost. The aperture determines the boost limit.
markrzs
Hi Jimbo & welcome, I have a Blitz Nur Spec R on my j-spec it has good ground clearance ( with standard ride height ), Sounds the nut's & it has the option to remove the rear baffle within a minute. Good luck Mark

hadyn
got a HKS Super Dragger on mine, backbox looks better than the Nur Spec, but unfortunately the system is mild steel and doesnt sound as aggresive as the Nur Spec Still manages to give me 0.9 bar of boost when both tubbies are on though with both cats in!! garetheves
I got the superdragger as well and much prefer the look of it to the Nur Spec. Like the way the tailpipe sits flush with the back bumper as opposed to sticking out at an angle like the rest. Just an opinion though. Not as loud as Nur but nice sounded pipe none the less. Guest jimbo123
My Supra is a JAP IMPORT CHASSIS NO JZAY0-0032649 is this the same as a JZA80 as i have seen an exhaust advertised on e-bay? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4527720232&fromMakeTrack=true are these any good????? BLUEFLAME jIMBO123
Tom
Erm your's should read JZA80, not JZAY0! all jap MKIV supra's start with JZA80, and the exhaust looks pretty pants to me! there's a lot better out there than that, I've never even heard of blueflame, so you should give it a miss! Veilside exhaust is good, so is greddy's Ti, there's a lot of choice, personally I'd be looking at the RSR.

terawua
RSR is cheapest. Shame you just joined as there was an MVP (see traders section) group buy for 330 pounds on these about Christmas time I have Nur-Spec, also on te MVP group buy which is nice, and I just took off a tired and slightly rusty HKS Super Drager, which is also nice, but not fully stainless. Nur is 425 quidish (search on here for more info)
