I'll have to have a bit of a wander round site, see if I can leave a calling card. I'm champion in myself. Just plodding through life waiting for Japfest! Looking forward to the BIG Bristol meet too. Will be nice to have a meet closer to home. Spent £45 in petrol for the last Weston meet I've been doing a little playing with my car since the last meet. You may remember me having trouble with my 1st turbo. I put it in TTC mode and it boosted nicely when holding the revs at 3000. Putting my foot down in 5th would get it to boost to 1.2 bar before falling back to 0.9 bar a couple of seconds later. To me (frankly a beginner at this stuff) this proves that the 1st turbo doesn't have as much oomph as the 2nd (as the wastegate is fed with a boost reference from the compressor housing of the 1st). All this is pushing me to start to look at a fix, using hybrids of course! I want a bit more power but nothing close to the level of a single. And to me, the sequential system is the raison d'etre of the Supra. Hope you are doing well, been following your gearbox / clutch threads with interest. I'm going to be going round changing all the fluids in my car soon. After speaking to a friend who works in a BMW garage, he reckons the M3 and the M5 has the same Getrag V160 gearbox.
