seen these two bovs on Ebay

am currently bidding for one ...but looking at the pic am unsure about fitment. This first appears to be ready to fit...once flange etc bought...but unsure. anyone else have this item on their car?

this other is from an Evo..looks like the fitment is on the wrong side...and i am bidding for it. at the worst i know someone with an evoIV ...but can anyone confirm that this will go on my soop?
