ECK Posted March 19, 2008 Share Posted March 19, 2008 hi all well the old laptop finally gave up and the harddrive packed in i took it to a p.c repair shop to have all my music and pics taken from the harddrive when they found out it had gone anyway im gutted as i have lost alot of presiouse pics of my son all from birth on (gutted) and i also lost around £100 worth of i-tunes music so it was a hard pill to swallow but it happens i suppose so ive found a wabsite called I-DUMP it promises to be able to upload from the i=pod back into my new i-tunes music files what my question is has anyone ever used this programe and if it actually works well as i already have lost alot of pics etc i dont want to run a bad programe and loose more so i just thought id ask you guys what you think any help would be great many thanks in advance;) alex Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jay_vr6 Posted March 20, 2008 Share Posted March 20, 2008 on a side note about your laptop, as boxst said, I have a knackered laptop here given to me to try and fix, I ended taking the drive out and hooking it to my machine and getting all the data from it. there are some good places out there that can recover alot of stuff from bad drives, it can cost but if its all your photos then it may be worth it.
