Gough
Right I can't remember seeing another thread like this so I thought I'd put forward some questions: I had always thought that 100ron petrol was readily available in Japan, thus that must be what was used by the general public. However, on watching the Skylines and Skyscrapers vid (coutesy of Newera), it is stated that 100ron fuel is NOT as readily available as most people think, and is not actually the norm. So what is the norm over there? What rating of petrol are our J-spec supras designed to run on? Are our j-specs not running to their full potential if not using 100ron, or doesn't it matter when we can use 98ron which isnt far off? Any ideas? The Hornet
I believe they use 98 ron as standard in Japan and 100 ron is there version of our Super unleaded.
