RedM
How do they get to own (as most seem to do) such an array of not just great cars, but expensive ones too? Take the editor, Harry Metcalfe. How does he get to own a Pagani Zonda, a Maserati thingummyjig (the new one) and others? I know a couple of magazine editors and they don't get paid anywhere near to the kind of money you'd need to buy a supercar. Does the magazine only employ rich people who also happen to be able to write?
ivan
Harry's a rich b******, so is Simon George. The rest get whatever Harry feeds them I suppose.

Gazboy
Harry was minted before Evo. Most of the cars on Fast Fleet are owned by contributers rather than staff, like David Yu, David Bailey, Simon George etc. Barker must have some dough to throw £38k at a Capri but then we have members here claiming to have thrown £60k at their Supras. Also some manufactorers donatye/loan cars to them- I heard they were after a TVR but neither Wheeler or Smolenski would loan them one. I expect a GTR to join Yu's Vette soon, and Toyota Lexus to loan a LFA next year.

RedM
Harry's a rich b******, so is Simon George. Simon George is local-ish I believe. I think he's made a fair wodge from Subway. I guess selling mags for over £6 each prob helped What mags are they then? Harry was minted before Evo. Any idea what he did before? I expect a GTR to join Yu's Vette soon, and Toyota Lexus to loan a LFA next year. After the current issues rave reviews of the GT-R I'd expect the whole staff to get one each! Honestly, you'd think Nissan paid for that issue.
