BEERSHZ Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 hey IT bods, im trying to reinstall my original microsoft office pro but it keeps telling me first letter of product key is wrong, i have installed this on another computer previously and on hubbys laptop and was fine. Ive tried ringing microsoft but got nowhere told me to look on their site which tells you to ring them who then say it will cost 40 odd pound to get technical help !!!! Can anyone please help i think its just the first letter it not accepting which is a K IT IS MICROSOFT OFFICE XP PRO VERSION 2002 which is adequate for what i need thanks guys and gals Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DamanC Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 You know you are only legally allowed to install it to one machine dont you? Download this and run it on one of the working machines.
