Ok will keep this brief 1) Won an auction 27th Feb for conference table for my office 2) Contacted seller on same day asking for address to collect from 3) 28th Feb Seller emails me asking for me to call them 4) 29th Feb I call seller and he says he has sold item today! (A) How can I report him to ebay? There doesnt seem to be a contact us link which allows me to describe whats happened only click on various options (B) How do I get ebay to send me his contact details? Missile Posted February 29, 2008 Share Posted February 29, 2008 Have you sent any money ??? With e-bay its all a step by step reporting process. Go to my ebay look down the left for a click button called Dispute console. Then follow the steps. It's very hard if not impossable to get on the phone to an e-bay staff member.
