QSC Posted January 24, 2008 Share Posted January 24, 2008 Having posted before after experiencing poor customer service from a bodyshop, I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided at the new-ishly relocated Miami GT yesterday. The likes of Kwikfit etc for some reason couldn't sort out what should have been a simple wheel vibration / pulling to the left problem, so I thought I'd have a ride up to Snaith now that Miami is within easy reach for me. Andrew took the car out to diagnose the problem first - I was surprised at this to begin with, then he told me only the front wheels would need balancing, and tracking adjustment wouldn't be necessary either. The problem was soon sorted, and he took the car out again to be sure, then letting me drive the car back and asked if I was happy with it. I was, and happy with the price - over an hour and a half of his time for £20. Back next week hopefully to get my lack of increased boost problem sorted out (full BPU done + EBC fitted but still no more than 0.8 bar) :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
