  1. Hey there I am currently doing a 2jzgte vvti swap into my mk4 supra. My car was originally non turbo automatic but since I have put in the 2jzgte vvti swapped the old auto trans that came in the supra to the Aristo automatic transmission and lastly the diff, everything is all bolted up and ready to go but where I seem to be stuck at is the ECU and wiring part I have no plans to extend the wires into the bulkhead so that I can place my ecu in the passenger side footwell of the supra instead I am wanting to place the ECU in the engine bay. I have no plans to convert my car into a manual for now I have tried sourcing and researching but no one seems to have a swap done with the auto aristo trans most people go straight for the manual conversion while they are at it. Converting it to manual would be ideal but for now, I just want the car to be driving already. So is there anyone that can help me with the wiring on this forum? From what I know I will need the 2 black plugs that go under the supra fuse box, and the big orange, grey and white plug from the 2jzge engine wiring but I don't know what wire needs to be joined into what plug, etc. So is there anyone that can help me with the wiring on this forum? Any help would be much-appreciated cheers

  3. Hey Kearney i am doing a similar swap on my jdm spec mk4 supra it is currently auto non turbo and i have a jdm aristo v300 from which i swapped in the engine auto transmisson diff and i want to use the factory ecu that comes with the car I am currently on the wiring stage and i know that i will need to wire in the 2 black plugs under the fuse box the bog ornage, grey supra body plugs as well as the white one as i want to use the aristo automatic transmission but i have no clue what wire needs to be hooked up to what plug i have tried finding any information or infact any threads that show this but there seems to be no one that has done this swap and kept the auto trans.
  4. Oh I have got a jzx161 v300 which has the 2jzgte vvti version main problem that I came across is that the oil sump on the vvti one is a front facing so I just took of the rear sump of ov my 2jzge na engine that was in the supra and drilled a whole for the turbo drain line and it fits all good.
  5. Hey there I'm from New Zealand and I have a Japanese 1994 mk4 supra currently 2jzge and automatic I also have a 1998 toyota aristo Japanese which is a 2jzgte and also automatic.I have no intentions of manual swapping as I don't mind keeping it automatic. I wanted to know if the aristo parts will all transfer over to the supra or if there is something that I would need to modify cheers.
