  1. Do you use the same 3" downpipe from japspeed as Mike2JZ?
  2. All right! You got any pics on the manifold and downpipe fitted? Would be interesting to see how it sits with clearance to everything around it.
  3. I came across this manifold https://www.japspeed.co.uk/toyota-supra-2jz-rs-tubular-manifold.html Anyone that use it? Seems to be a bit better than the typical chinese ones.
  4. All right! So otherwise its all good then?
  5. I have it set up like this now, any thoughts? The chassi ground is under the same bolt that holds the fuel ecu but I will check it. Should I run a wire between the factory fuel ecu 12V (blue wire) to the new wire that goes from the relay pin 30 to the new fuel pump?
  6. The thing is that I got the exact relay that you linked to. So either it is bad or I have spliced into the wrong wire
  7. I have the walbro 450LPH pump installed and working but I get that strange ticking from the relay now and then as for some others here. I run an new cabel from the battery to the relay and new cabels to the fuel pump. Is this the right way to connect the "trigger" cabel to the fuel ecu harness? It is spliced in to the RED/BLUE wire. Or should I do something else also to get rid of the strange on/off ticking of the relay?
  8. Anyone? I just dont understand why the alarm doesnt have two light flash output cables. It would be so easy just to splice one in to each of the two green cables in the picture. But now I only got one and just get one side working. https://www.dropbox.com/home?preview=20160606_233751.jpg
  9. Im at the final step installing a viper alarm but cant seem to find what cable to splice into to get the indicators to work. I tried to splice into one of the cables that go to the warning light button but there is two cables, one for each side and I only got one cable from the alarm, so I only get one side working at the time. Does anyone know where I can splice in this one cable to get both sides working at the same time? The instructions that came with the alarm says: Parking Lights (+) Color: green Location: drivers kick panel But theres more that one green cable at the place so a photo would help or a pinout location The car is a JDM TT RS-Z from 1996 and the instructions above is for a US spec supra
  10. I have the same problem. Where is the trac fuse located btw?
  11. I get the part that you need to get a wire directly from the battery to the relay so the pump gets the 12V all the time when the car is running but what I was after is if this 12V mod is necessary http://mkiv.com/techarticles/12v_mod/12v_mod.htm since the relay will trigger itself on voltage between 1,6V - 12V so from what I understand you dont need to do the 12V mod to the ECU and just take the cabel that feeds the pump from the ECU and run it by the relay that triggers the 12V from the battery, the original fuelpump cabel gives out 9-12V without the mod done but that shouldnt bother the relay that feeds the pump with 12V all the time since the relay will trigger itself on voltage between 1,6V - 12V.
  12. All right! The tyco relay seems to be a good option. From what I understand the 12V mod is not necessary then? since the relay will work with whatever voltage between 1,6V - 12V that the fuel pump ECU gives out.
  13. Im about to install a walbro 450LPH fuel pump and Im a bit confused. Going to pull a new cable from the battery but what relay should I use and is the 12V mod needed? A drawing would be nice, how the relay should be hooked up? Would this work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fused-On-Off-Automotive-Fused-Relay-12V-30A-4-Pin-Normally-Open-Car-Bike-/252048082683?hash=item3aaf3c86fb:g:FswAAOSwMmBVwl5w
  14. I have a celica steering wheel with airbag and would like to extend the wheel about 1-2". Is there an adapter or spacer that would fit the OEM axel of the steering wheel? I know there's alot of spacer for aftermarket wheels but is there any for OEM wheels?
