  1. I'm interested! I actully need the KPH versions. Where did you find them? Thanks
  2. Sorry, I made a typo. The fuel cut kicks in at 1.31 bar. If I was to go with the restrictor, where could I get one from (here in the Cayman Islands I might not be able to find one)? Is there a sorce online? Thanks
  3. Hi Guys, As I've said in a previous post http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8146 I'm having a boost creep problem. After I put on a 3" downpipe(and no cats) my boost keeps increasing untill the fuel cut (around 1.13bar). It was recomended in this forum that I fit a restrictor to my exaust. My mechanic thinks that putting a restrictor on would defeat the purpose of putting on the downpipe in the first place (which was to get more flow). He suggested fitting a HKS tubular manifold with a external wastegate (very expensive). What do you guys think?
  4. Hi, I want to replace the gauges (KPH/RPM/Fuel) on my 96' Supra TT 6-speed, J-Spec to match my Apexi EL Boost Guage (white background, blue backlighting). Does anybody know of a source for these (either new gauges or gauge covers)? I can only find them for the U.S. spec Supra. Thanks
  5. Does anyone know the model number of the high and low beam bulbs in the j-spec Supra (96' TT). What would be the equilivant U.S. model number. The U.S. Supra has different bulbs. I want to replace mine with "Ultra-Whites" Thanks
  6. Hi, I purchased a 96' Supra TT from Japan. On the back it has a decal saying "3000 GT". I know TRD produced a model with this name. How do I tell if it is really a 3000GT and not just a sticker someone put on? Also, what are the diffrences between the regular Supra TT and the 3000GT. Thanks.
  7. Thanks, you guy's are great! I'm going to come here before I do anything else to my car. Will a external wastegate resolve this problem? If so, any recomendations? Thanks Again.
  8. Yea it's a single downpipe that replaced both cats.
  9. Thanks, Why didn't my dumb A$$ mech. know that? I guess it's time to change. Why won't the boost controller stop the boost when it reaches my max setting (18 psi)? Thanks again
  10. It also has a aftermarket blow off valve.
  11. Sorry about that, I'm new to this. Here is a little background: My name is Todd, I live in the Cayman Islands. I have a 96 Supra TT that I brought in from Japan (used). It seems to be stock except for the triple plate clutch. It had a boost controller in it, but part of it got stolen in shipping. I have put in: Blitz SBC boost controller, Blitz intercoller and a downpipe (no cats). These are the only modifications I have made. Thanks again, Todd
  12. I have a '96 TT JDM. The boost increases by itsel when I drive the car hard. It keeps increasing untill the fuel cut kicks in. I use a Blitz boost controller and it is set to 11 pounds. However the boost keeps climing higher when I run the car hard. I have disconnected the boost controller and left the car stock but the problem still happens. Does anybody have any idea why the boost pressure would go up by itself? Thanks for your help in advance.
