Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the small single turbos aren't worth having, they are waaay more powerful than the stock peashooters or hybrids could ever be. The torque is pretty amazing. Put a Supra with hybrids against one with a small single on the same dyno on the same day and the single would be lots more powerful.

Actually this isn't a new thing. A lot of car's have done this since at least the 1970s. You sometimes see cars parked up with one front sidelight on and the rear light one the same side illuminated, usually by accident because the (woman) driver has parked the car and got out while still indicating.

I had to service one of those the other day. One of the spark plugs is a right bastard to get to because the turbo is in the way. You should see the little dolls house turbo though - it's sooo cute!
