When your driving an auto supra can you go from L to 2 to D and from D to 2 to L and its does not do any harm to the gearbox or engine? I have been told i can and im been told i cant, i think i can

Has anyone got any pics of there supra with tein or lesjofors lowering springs in as im wondering how far it lowers the car, if its low enough i will just put the springs in as i had coilovers in my last car and i never changed the ride hight

Yea its all fitted right as far as i can see, im gonna need a new bumper anyway as the side has split because the body shop that fitted my splitter did not fit the splash gard right and it split up the side
