are you using 2JZ or bmw flywheel? and what about the pressure plate bmw or 2jz, and clutch disc?

I asume that everything is from bmw but is directly bollt on?

Flywheel is a 2jz pressure plate is a BMW E34 M5 sachs race engenering ending with -765 and the clutch disc is a clutchnet sprung hub 6-puck

The flywheel is macined to fit the bmw pressure plate and the instalation hight is modified to give more pressur. but it also gives shorter service time.

Also got my D2 Drag coils

  3. Season 2014 has probably ended :( i hawe started to get smal amounts of air in the cooling system after going over 35psi and its worse when i get to 43psi ...

Probably my arp 2000 head bolts are to week annyone know the diffrens betwen OEM Cometic and HKS Hedgaskets i hawe orderd ARP CA625+ bolts but no HG yet i will trye to

Just swap the bolts when i install the new Powerdevision S2 cam. Maybe but just maybe this will cure the problem for this season

  4. Told you. :)

It was a 2jz volvo at the track with the 5 speed bmw diesel gerbox who split in the belhousing weld. dont know who welded it but it importent to get it right.

i must say that the the shifting is very easy with the bmw 6speed compared to the V160 that feels heavy. so for the Strict OEM BPU guys go for v160 but if you whant to go fast on the dragstrip the gs653dz is good choice i think. i haw ran with my convension now for 1000km in 2 years

Santa pod wold be nice but i dont know what regulations you have ther

  5. The porting of the head is no problem i wold say.

But the old china turbo 66/65 ar 0.96 O trim 11blade turbine is too small.

With the new setup the fule pump is on its limit now. at 1.9bar boost so im installing one more and new fule rail and new twin bosch regulators

one pump runns constant and one kiks in at 0.5bar no neead to warm the fule

    Her is som picures

  6. New engine built running it in right now on low boost 1.6bar

new injectors deka 2400cc and new fule rail is going in soon to break the 1000hp barrier just neead one more walbro 450lph pump

im hawing som thauts abaout haow to set up the cams its GSC power division 264deg cams but they just give me degrees to set them after but im used to set them on lift at tdc like 1mm in and 1mm out. annyone know the values to go with ?

  7. Yes i found the problem with the heater i used my japan wiering harness becaus the us had som bad connectors but it

showed that when i swaped to a us harnnes on the hvac ewrything turned out right.

i hawe orderd som parts from MVP for the rebuild

New set of ACL berings the old ones looks ok but better safe than sorry

New GTE oil pump for utelising the damper bracket and to move the trigger down so i can throw the dizzy as a trigger

    Powerhouse Timing Belt Tensioner Bracket

and some smal service parts like gaskets etc

  9. not been around latly the car is in storage at the moment but the engine will go out of the car around new year

but her is som info for supra&starlet

-what did you do with the fuse fox that was located in the interior?

-what did you do with the original JDM interior harness that plugs everything in, like odometer, ect..

-can the original jdm harness be used to power everything on the driver side? without modifiying the harness ?

i mirrord the harnes under the dash and converted som things hell lots of work more houers her than swapping the fierwal

-what did you do with the trunk and gas cap release buttons? do they just comfortably reach on the lhd side? Do they bolt right into the floor oem, or did you have to drill new holes in the floor boards?

the cabels and leaver is discontinued from toyota so im still looking for used ones the floor has space for the leaver but not the carpet

-also what RHD parts can be used over to the LHD side? Pedal assembly? Ecu?

steering collum can be used but not the pedals

best way is to get a crashed car from copart ... and take evrything from.

  10. aha now i understand 9.8-1 is my static compression rate

and you men the dynamic, with tester it reeads 14.5bar (210psi) with warm engine

    i input this

    Number of Cylinders : 6

    Bore in Inches : 3.38

    Stroke in Inches : 3.38

Rod Length in Inches : 5.82

    Static Compression Ratio : 9,8 (:1)

    Inlet Valve Closes ABDC : 52 º

Boost Pressure in PSI : 34

    Target Altitude : 10 (Feet)

    resault

    Static compression ratio of 9.8:1.

    Effective stroke is 2.88 inches.

Your dynamic compression ratio is 8.50:1 .

Your dynamic cranking pressure is 171.94 PSI.

Your effective boost compression ratio, reflecting static c.r., cam timing, altitude, and boost of 34 PSI is 28.16 :1.

V/P (Volume to Pressure Index) is 80
