What's everyone's opinion on auto trans Supra? Is it frowned upon, not being a 6-speed?

I was curious on others habits, I just recently got mine, I always feel the urge to drive it, even for no reason at all. Except for the weather not being so kind the passed few days, I'm already thinking ahead in winter, with my need to drive it and how i'd feel heart broken to have it in a bad snowy weather. Winter here isn't pretty with ridiculous amount of snow and even more ridiculous amount of gravel and SALT.

How does everyone refer to their Supra? Do you say it? he? she? or something else?

Quick question on when do members drive their car. Do you only take it out on bright sunny days or also during rain? Do you drive it during winter or do you keep it stored?

I have a regular auto, just got it and still have no idea where i change gears if i put it in manual mode, if anyone know id love to know lol.

Is the UK octane rating in ROn or RON and MON?

Im not sure, Japan octane rating was RON only while here was RON+MON/2, which meant 100 RON was about 95 RON+MON/2. And I don't think I have anything better than those two available to me. so its either 91 octane V-power or 94 octane superclean with tactrol.

i also forgot, about gas. Here in Canada we seems to have lower Octane rating. I was wondering what kind I should use, I know we have different gasoline available but I would just like to know what others think. Basically I'm thinking between Shell V-power and in Canada we have SuperClean with added Tactrol from Petro-Canada. Our Shell V-power is only 91 Octane and the SuperClean with Tactrol is 94 Octane and its 10 cents per liter more.

That's probably the most useful website on Supras. BTW I have a Japan Import, would it make a big difference.

Thanks, the Supra is completely stock, as for the smell ill have to check on it again don't remember well how it smelled. As I I'm a complete newbie any extra info would be much appreciated.

Hi i just recently purchased a MKIV and I want to keep it in good shape. My questions are: My exhaust doesn't smell great, what is the cause and how can i fix it? I want to change the the transmission fluid, it's a 4-speed auto (sadly), how much fluid do I need and what kind would be best? What kind of regular maintenance should I do on the car? And lastly, What kind of upgrade should i do first, considering its a 1993 MKIV TT 4-speed auto ? Thank in advance for your time.
