does it sense its fuel cutting and shuts down???

i have uk tt auto, greddy fmic, hks filter, greddy pfofec b,hks sqv, cats removed, boosts to just over 1 bar,if i turn it up any more it just overboosts and engine warning light comes on? what else do i need to do? want to run 1.3 bar at least
