AV advice for a new build

Hi Chaps

Know there's some specialist on here, just wondered I could ask some advice?

I'm having a new room built at the back of my house. The dimensions if that helps are 28ft length by 21ft wide.

The idea is to have a family room (although this will be my room :D) and the other lounge is for the wife and kids lol

I was thinking of something like this for the surround sound? This would be a mounted ceiling speaker system. The layout would be like this? http://www.ambiophonics.org/AES_Munich_1.htm

Wall plates I was thinking something like this?

Was going to use hdmi 2.0? This is for SkyQ, PS4, although I believe at the moment they are not on HDMI 2.0 but obviously thinking about the future if this is all embedded within the walls?

The TV, I've been hunting around and was thinking that something like this might be ok? Was looking at 75" but I been to see a few and I think it might be too big for the room size.

Quite like this one

I really want 4k and have read that with large screens LED is better that OLED?

Any advice would be really appreciated!

Personally I think you could do better on price if you where to go to somewhere like Richer Sounds, if your going to the trouble of fitting wall and ceiling speakers then make sure you go for an Atmos amp/receiver, as for the TV I would always go for Samsung, you can pic up some good deals in the 4K range, I am just going for the UE55JS900 which has a one connect box, great for wall mounting, but comes in 65" and 75" if you want big.

I've just finished a cinema room in my new house (basement). The screen is handmade - fabric material cost £100, its specialist and acoustic transparent. Very easy and a massive improvement over pull down screens. I can't tell the difference from a TV it's that good.

I've wired in for additional ceiling speakers/ATMOS but sticking with 5.1 for now.

Kit list:

Bass - Q Acoustics Q3070s American Walnut £289 (Richer Sounds)

Rear speakers - Q Acoustics 7000LRi Speakers (Pair) (Superfi, £200)

Amp - Pioneer VSX 930k - Amazon £400 (ATMOS ready)

Filmex AT material from Epic Home Cinema £100

Projector - Benq W1070+ - Amazon £600

Front speakers/centre I already owned

I was dubious about projector, never owned one before and have a really nice 50" samsung in my TV room already but it really is amazing. Kind of kicking myself I didn't go 4k though after seeing some demos. I'm sure I could have done better with some of the components, it was an area I knew little about (spent time on AV forums) but I love the quality of picture/sound.

Oh and what I started with...was a 6 berth shauna/shower installation till I took it apart...
