  1. I'll make a restrictor ring at work tomorrow, and see if that helps. Probaly We've should of bought our selfs a bigger wastegate than we did. But we've just spent £250 on a tial 38mm.. :/
  2. Out mapping in the rain. It pulls really strong now We've got a new wastegate now, but still it seems to overboost at higher revs. At the video above I hold only like 70% on the accelerator pedal.. To keep the boost at 0,6 bar. So we might have to ad a restrictor plate as the one used on bpued tt's.. thoughts and comments?
  3. Lot of pics of piping in my build thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=300868
  4. We tried that too, doesn't work /fit
  5. If your gonna drill and thread and put a flange on the same location as the tt oil return sits, I think that flange is to small.
  6. INNOVATE 3844 MTX-L Greddy Emanage Blue piggyback Base map We gonna change the wastegate since we got a china copy at first and its only problems with it.. gets stuck in both open and closed mode.. Ordered a genuine tial instead, hopefully we'll get some action videos soon
  7. Out in the sun test-burnout - - - Updated - - - well engine is un opened so nothing new there, turbo oil filled, temp up, why not?
  8. Oil Catch tank Luckily we got an installation manual. Understands every word.. FPR adaptor FPR and oil catch tank on place Here was original fpr made a mount for fpr and oil catch tank Greddy spells almost like grädde, wich means cream in swedish
  9. Exhaust heat wrap Welded a vacuum connector on the ic piping Welding a bit on the downpipe One more flange for oem 02 sensor added Some heat wrap New engine oil.. lambda's in place vacuum to the wastegate got a clamp and also a hose connector welded to the intake pipe Done Everything in place - - - Updated - - - Slow test drive at standard ecu done, to check for oil leaks etc..
  10. Vacuum hoses connected Puted a rubber ring on the oil feed line to prevent scratching Heat cover done In stainless steel On place Its tight, but hopefully space enough Vacuum to the wastegate connected
