SZ-R mileage

I am currently spending £30 a week on fuel where i cover £190 before empty. 2/3's of my driving is carriageway the rest town driving 2-8 mile journeys.

Could someone please tell me what my mpg is please ?

I have no idea on the formula.

I dont understand this?

Assuming petrol costs 90p per litre. (normal unleaded)

£30 equates to 33.3 litres, approx 7.3 gallons

Mpg = distance covered / fuel used

MPG = 190/7.3 = 26

i use tesco 99ron at 88.9p so to find out my mpg is 26 is pleasantly surprising ?

Little things that ive changed where ive read they make a difference are

Mag 2 Filter (white)

Silkolene Pro-s oil

Use Tesco super unleaded

regular check tyre pressure (36 psi)

I take car of the car dont hammer i dont get tempted but it gets a good carriageway run 5/7 days per week with the odd chase putting people in their place .
