DBR Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 right peeps, a bit of confusion: the orange engine light on the right hand side of the speedo is being a bit temprimentle on me , when you turn the ignition an the lights iluminate, welll the engine one doesnt always join in?? sometimes it comes on sometimes it doesn't .... any ides what this could be, the bulb is obviously still working, could it just be a bad connection? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Animal Posted January 25, 2006 Share Posted January 25, 2006 One thing to check would be the joints onto the circuit board. I've seen a few posts about this and had to re-solder mine over Xmas cos the right hand pod was dead. Easy to see, just take the pod out, wiggle the connector blck and watch to see if the pins move away from the board. If they do, a blob of solder and they're fixed.
