monsween Posted April 24, 2010 Share Posted April 24, 2010 SO where do I start. Firstly they have picked up two parcels from Ray and delivered one but lost the other. The other being the more important box. I've been faffed around all weekend with bull excuses and now i cant get any more information as im not the sender cause of the DPA. They said they'd call me within 24hours for an update on Friday morning so i let it go on friday night with no call and called this morning to find out the offices are closed for the weekends. Secondly I organised next day delivery on a set of alloys which were picked up yesterday and the woman on the phone told me they would be with me today. Waited in all day to find out its a 1-3 day service with no weekend deliveries. Nice to pay for next day delivery for it to take up to 5 if you count the weekends. Since she assured me i'd get it today i had them delivered to Edinburgh while i'm here. Back to work in Aberdeen on Monday and offshore no doubt so wont get the alloys for a month or so more than likely. Truly Truly F*cked off. Customer service from Parcel2go is horrendous.
