Hi Guys and Girls,I currently have a Mitsubishi FTOGPX, see piccie below :)

image

I am looking at swapping her for either an EVO 5 or 6,or a Supra, don't have more than 10k to spend, prefer the looks of the Supra and the tuning potential, but the handling of the EVO, the FTO has been really reliable and was wondering what the Supra was like and what you guys/girls thought and why?

Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome.

There are many plus points with the supra, as too minus but there are far too many to list.

I will point out that you will find a supra can for very little money (and possibly stock billies?) will match and even out handle a Evo.

10K should allow you to pick up a nice clean example, be preparfed to wait as there are not many about thou :)

With that in mind have been looking at maybe a Manual SZ-R with a turbo as a later option???

Not keen on servicing an EVO every 4000miles :(

If you want to look after a supra you should be doing a service very 5k although the non turbos are probably ok for every 10k.

Turbo charging a NA is a common mod done here, although money wise your beter off starting with a TT.
