Yes it's back again for the 4th year! The calendars biggest Supra owners event, the 'S Club Party'!

 

And this year we are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of our legendary mkiv Supra!

 

 

 

The day and overnight event the 'S Club Party' will be held at the Metropole Hotel in Wales on Saturday 14th July 2018

The event is primarily a social one, and all about bringing your partner for a weekend/night away in a nice hotel, and to socialise with other members of the club and their partners. A way of saying thank you for putting up with all our spending on our pride and joys, disappearing off on Dragonball and other events over the year. You also don't need to be in a Supra to attend!

 

A lot of you who have attended S Club party before have asked me about staying the Friday night also and making a weekend of it, I listened, and have managed to secure with the hotel a better rate for a two night stay :)

 

 

Ticket Prices

 

 

Saturday Single bed room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £120.00

 

Saturday Double or Twin bed room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £200.00

 

Saturday Superior Room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £210.00

 

 

Friday & Saturday Single bed room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £180.00

 

Friday & Saturday Double or Twin bed room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £290.00

 

Friday & Saturday Superior Room, Breakfast, and food Saturday = £300.00

If you choose to buy a weekend ticket (Friday & Saturday night), the Friday includes breakfast only, so you will have to make your own arrangements for lunch and evening meal.

 

 

Pay a non refundable 50% deposit now and remainder by the 14th June 2018

 

Or if you wish you can pay in full now

 

 

Included in your ticket for Saturday:

 

Sandwiches on arrival with tea/coffee, Hog Roast in the afternoon, Pizza & Chips, & extra sides in the evening, Digital Scalextric and DJ in the evening

 

 

Just to add, this is a weekend/overnight event only, and no day attendance tickets will be sold/allowed

 

 

All tickets are non refundable and must be purchased before 14th June 2018

Ok everyone, cards on the table time.

 

If you are intending on attending the event then I really need you to commit to this now or very soon, as I have to commit to the hotel very soon on room numbers and catering options and numbers. A lot of effort has gone into this event securing a venue and good value day for you all, so please, make my life a lot easier, and that I've not wasted a lot of time and effort, and please book your ticket so I can have more confidence and less worry in committing club monies to the event for the weekend that's been planned for you all.

 

You can pay the full amount, or a 50% deposit, whatever option is easiest for you.
