snake
my 4x4 si mondeo has been written off cat c, a jag crashed in to the back of it when i was in a stationary line of traffic. the insurance ring me up and offered me £540- £100 excess so £450 when i finished laughing he said quote there are loads of them on auto trader he even quoted prices from £525 to £800 When i looked there where only four cars and none where 4x4 si. so now i have refused this shit offer, they have asked me what amount i want?.I paid a higher premium because it was a 4x4 si. i was told they cant pay me more as the other insurance company might not pay them, feck me i'm their customer not the other insurance company,do they eat off each others plates. i am willing for them to get me a rare 4x4 mondeo in the same condition colour and drive it away .why should i have lose out when its not my fault.
colsoop
You are going to have to do some homework and find some examples of 4x4 mondeos to send to them then get them to make an offer based on that. They all try it on don't let them bully you in to a crap offer.
