pete.w Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 a bit off topic but still a supra, ive still got me old mk3 turbo in my unit and ive been offered an engine out of a lexsus 300 twin turbo engine ,its the vvti one ,could i fit this into the mk3 if i use all the mk3 outer things such as inlet manifold and exhaust manifold, injecters ect ect ,in other words im just going to use the head and block ,would the origanal mk3 nanual box fit ? any help would be gratefull ,its a project for the winter ,many thanks too you experts Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know a few attempts at putting the 2jz in have taken place with some successful results BUT it is a lot of work and will include some fabrication. dangerous brain Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 What you want to do is speak to the guy over on the aristo forum that has stuck a 2jz aristo engine (you don't have a GS turbo engine only a turbo aristo) into his mk3 supra.
