SILKYSMOOTH Posted November 13, 2007 Author Share Posted November 13, 2007 I don't really like expressing figures in this manner but at the moment I am looking for anyone who would like to buy all of them in one hit in the region of £650k cypriot pounds. There is consideration in the near future to sell them separately. One complete floor of an eight story building, a combination of 1-2 and 3 bedrooms flats, along the seafront, I personally think they have one of the best views in Limasol overlooking the sea/port, palm trees. I lived there for a year. Fantastic beaches, shopping and nightlife. And away from the airports... its pretty much in the middle of the two, so easy to get to. Unfortunately the property laws in Cyprus are not quite the same as in the UK, and things take alot more time and are slightly more complicated, especially when it comes to tenancy rights/laws.
