Supragal
Long time since I've looked for biker gear, can't seem to find much (leather, lid) in Kawasaki green. Anyone recommend anywhere?

BASHTHEBISHOP
Just had a quick look on ebay... http://stores.ebay.ie/FIRESTORM-BIKER-ESSENTIAL_KAWASAKI-GREEN-RAC-LEATHER-JKT_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZ14345221QQftidZ2QQtZkm
tbourner
eBay seems the best for all bike gear, you might have to wait a bit for the bits you want to come up though.
Supragal
Don't fancy the idea of a 2nd hand lid though :/ But leathers... yeah just found some on there... interesting cheers.
Supragal
oooo http://www.k4u.co.uk/item467.htm http://www.k4u.co.uk/item460.htm Not sure about synthetics, prefer leather. Anyone used both?
tbourner
2nd hand lids are OK as long as you can confirm there are no scratches on them. Obviously if it's hygiene you're worried about then that's a different issue!

DaveK
Colour coded leathers are bad. Bike leathers should be black, helmets should be black, visors should be black. Although my knee sliders are purple, just for a bit of colour.

Although my knee sliders are purple, just for a bit of colour. We'd need a set of photos of her in her leathers, to properly assess the stylings, I'd say. A number of poses like a typical biker would be good, say, bending over to pick up a dust-cap but then turning round and looking at the camera with one finger on your mouth, looking surprised, as if the police have just turned up. That'd be a good one, pretend it's a hot day, and the zips stuck down on the jacket.
stupra
My mate's Kawasaki dealership stock's green leather's, i'd guess that most of them do, or can get hold of them.

I'd always prefer to go for a black bike and all black leathers, but TBH I'd be willing to sacrifice looking good if it meant I'd be seen by more drivers!! I use Both Rosie the synthetics are well armoured and better for the winter because of the waterproofing, and i use the Leathers in the summer Cheers -Ian-

Supragal
I always think a biker with matching leathers to a nice super bike is very very sexy Yes exactly (For Jon I mean, not myself, I won't be looking at me ) It will be a ZX9R, in green like this: Hense wanting green. I don't mean totally green, but some level of green against the white/black of the rest of it. Dave, I kind of agree, it's either got to be all black or all matching colour design. One or the other. I don't think the girly stuff will fit me, none if it's long enough and I end up with gaps which is not clever! Unless they do tall ranges now of course. Priority is getting Jons leathers as it will be his daily drive, mine can wait a bit.

AndyT
Lovely bike. Kawasaki dealers are the place to shop. They have different differing styles with various amounts of green. It'd be wrong to go ott with the green imo. Don't want your beau looking like an acid trip on steroids. Oh, may I say, he's a lucky man to have such an understanding partner too. Edit - Get him some crash bungs too miss.
