edge
I have my wireless bt box thing upstairs and mainly use the laptop down stairs. Until a few weeks ago its been fine but now it keeps dropping the connection. My pc upstairs is connected to it via a cable and never seems to disconnect. I have half signal downsatirs on the laptop. When i go into connection manager (bt) it seems to refresh and reconnect. Would it be worth me me moving it downstairs or is it just a crap box? Ta very much
Scoboblio
Try changing the channel that the wireless works on, try a few until you get one that's consistent. Seemed to work for me. I think it comes with instructions to do it.
jamesmark
I have found it is just a crap box, I used it with my laptop and the box was in the same room and I lost connection, but use my Belken and I have full signal strength at all times and never have any issues. The BT hub is now sitting in the shed gathering dust.
