SUPRASUZUKI Posted September 22, 2007 Author Share Posted September 22, 2007 Decided to change the belt and pulleys as they'd been on for about 80,000 miles. All were in surprisingly good condition!! 'Good' damper off a scrapper -£10 New belt, tensioner and idler (INA, so good gear) - £70. The edges of the cam pulley and pump pulley are ideal for removing all the skin off the backs of your hands due to lack of room to work.
