hadyn
Fitted the Blitz AS-C (Active Spoiler Controller) today. Pretty straightforward. Required you to remove the front dash panels and remove the stereo cage so that you can access the Active Spoiler ECU at the back of the ABS ECU as seen in this pic: As you can see, the ASC is a piggyback unit and just plugs straight into the AS ECU With all this fitted it means I can now drop the active spoiler whenever I want at the press of the spoiler down button, rather than when the ECU wants it whenever I go above 60 mph Im not sure if the auto mode still works, but I can have the spoiler down whenever I want - 10 or 100 leptons Heres a vid of the spoiler going up and down with the engine on(excuse the poor quality): http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=18237010 Not bad for 99p off egay is it??? Kite
I just fitted mine also which I got from the same seller as you Sadly mine doesn´t work This could be because I have a Euro-Spec Supra You just need to press down-button and it comes down even if the car is running? hadyn
Yep it will come down when the car is running. Check you have pushed the ASC harness right into the Active Spoiler ECU.

Sean1933
So thats what they do, awesome bit of kit! I have one of these in behind my dash, never knew what it was for to be honest. Since i dont have an active spoiler i guess avail to the highest bidder....if anyone actually wants it!
hadyn
Updating this thread to confirm that the active spoiler mechanism works normally (eg drops when above 60mph) when you switch the controller off You can still of course drop the spoiler whenever you want at the touch of a button too
