Branners
theres a thing called a Slingbox wich sits connected to your home TV but pushes your TV output on to the internet for you, so you can watch TV anywhere that has an internet connection. Not sure if that helps? JB

Branners
there are also online sports channels that allow you to watch it, but they are flaky and sometimes they cut out and so you miss the race. JB
