Misfire and smoke

I left my car in a carpark with an attendant today, the car park was full so i had to leave my keys:( , when i returned to the car park the attendant had moved it and mentioned it smoked quite heavily, when i started the car it did indeed smoke quite badly and idled terribly (like if you remove the MAF sensor), the car then appeared to over-fuel.

The RAC came out and attempted to start the car, it would not and the RAC guy said he thought it was extremely flooded.

The indicators flashed when the key was turned and an alarm fitting friend of mine said the immobiliser could have been affecting things.......he is to look at it tomorrow.

Any suggestions............. plzzzzzzzzzzzz:(

Matt.
