garethr
I have a couple of questions, prompted by this thread: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=107131 Firstly, is the ECU patch harness typically manufactured with every pin connected, regardless of whether it's used in the original connection to the ECU? For example, the pinout diagram for the non-VVTi Supra shows three blocks of 40 pins, so are there 120 wires in the patch harness? Secondly, as far as I can see, the ECU connector is the same for all non-VVTi Supras -- JDM, export, auto, manual (although the pinouts are different). Is that so? garethr
Well, one question has been answered -- Auto Sport Wiring confirmed that the patch harness is wired to all the pins of the ECU connector. So, do all non-VVTi Supras use the same ECU connector?
