ShamelessTT
Hi all, One of my brakes on the passenger side of my car makes a griding sound while im going along. Its not mega mega loud but you can hear it.........i thought it would go as the car had been standing for a bit.........but i seem to get it even after a spirited drive. Any ideas what it could be? my pads are ok etc i think, discs are a little warn, but no lines or cracks i can see. Any ideas? on how i might go about sorting it? merckx
The outside of the discs may look okay, the inside may not!
ukApache
are you definitely sure its even the brakes?? does the car pull to the left at all? - that may indicate a seized caliper. have you lost any braking performance?
ShamelessTT
Well the brakes dont seem stunning but it is a jap spec, i dont have much trouble stopping and not overly noisey when braking. Seems to brake in a str8 line aswell. I havent checked the pads i admit, im going on what the dealer told me!! lol.........trust u see.......and they sell alot of cars.
