Electric Window Problem

As you know when you “Flick” the drivers side window it either goes all the way down on its on or all the up. When mine gets to the bottom it doesn’t come back up unless I bang the side panel next to the switch.

 

Is there a common lose connection there somewhere or is likely to be the motor. Basically any suggestions to fix this.
